Extended Christmas Returns

Online Orders

We've extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season so you can buy with the guarantee that any item(s) purchased after 1st November 2020 can be returned up until Tuesday 12th January 2021 for an exchange or an online DC credit note.

Store / Telephone / Whatsapp Orders

Any orders bought in store or through our COVID telephone click and collect service will be exchange or credit note only up to Tuesday 12th January 2021.

Am I able to Return My Item For a Refund / Exchange?

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale) Items must be returned within 14 days of arrival. Goods returned after 14 days will be offered a credit or exchange, no goods will be accepted after 28 days. This does not effect your statutory rights.

  • If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. 
  • Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached. We can not accept returns which are faulty due to not following garment care instructions correctly.
  • Unfortunately items which do not meet our return guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
  • On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorise a refund. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If when you ordered you used a promotional discount, we’ll have taken this into account when refunding, so remember that the price credited back to you might vary from the original selling price.
  • Items excluded from our returns policy include underwear, swimwear, baby accessories such as bottles, dummies and rattles for hygiene reasons

Please make sure you have completed the following steps before sending your return.

  • Please make sure you place your WEB ORDER number on the outside of the parcel and return to the address below. 
  • Please enclosed the returns form attached within your original order.
  • It is your responsibility to pay any return postage/packaging charges. Please ensure the return parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst it is in transit.  We advise to use an insured and tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost/damaged on return to us.
  • Overseas customers MUST mark the package RETURN, otherwise duty will be charged and you will then be liable for those costs. If you refuse or decline to accept delivery then you will be liable to any additional charges incurred to return the parcel back to the United Kingdom.
