Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 14 Days after delivery.

This can be obtained by carrying out the following steps:


Log into Account

  • Click on your Order History
  • Select the Order with Item you wish to return
  • Select return items and then "Return Items" box

  • Print and Enclose Generated Returns Form recieved in Emails


You will then be allocated a RAN-Return Authorisation number. This Number must be placed on the outside of the parcel, if the package does not have an Authorised Returns Number the parcel will be refused and the goods returned to you.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us at your expense, or make them available for collection by courier, again at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. 

Goods returned within 14 days will be given a full refund of the returned item , goods returned after 14 days will be offered a credit or exchange, no goods will be accepted after 28 days. This does not effect your statutory rights.


Please allow between 7-14 working days for refunds to be processed.

All goods must be returned in Perfect condition with tickets still attached and with any free gifts "unused" or gift boxes , we would advise that send you send your item using recorded delivery so we are guaranteed to receive it as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in the post


Exchanges

Exchanges can take up to 7 working days to process, from the date items are received by Designer Childrenswear.

Once reason for return is selected as 'Exchange' then complete the items you want to be exhanged for.

Overseas customers MUST mark the package RETURN, otherwise duty will be charged and you will then be liable for those costs. If you refuse or decline to accept delivery then you will be liable to any additional charges incurred to return the parcel back to the United Kingdom.


The goods must be returned to us in original condition, not worn or washed and with the original packaging. Tags MUST remain attached otherwise only 50% refund will be given. You have a duty of care towards goods purchased which includes those being returned. This means that you must ensure that any goods being returned are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit. 


On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorize a refund. Please allow a maximum of 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account or a cheque to be received. If when you ordered you used a promotional discount, we’ll have taken this into account when refunding, so remember that the price credited back to you might vary from the original selling price.


If a parcel has to be returned to us because the customer:

  1. Has not collected the item.
  2. Is not available when delivery is made.
  3. Gives wrong delivery and or contact details.


Then any extra postage related costs that we incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
