Why am I having a problem ordering on line?
If you are using an Ipad or Iphone to purchase items online please "Double Click" the size you are selecting until the size changes to the "Colour Purple" - then the item can be added to your bag.
If you are trying to purchase an item from a Google Link, this item may have sold out and that is why you are getting the "Out Of Stock" indicator.
What communication will I receive after my order is placed?
Once your order has been placed in our system, you shall receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order. You will also receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Why was my payment refused?
If your payment was refused, please contact your card issuer for more details.
If you feel there is no problem with your card, our friendly sales team will be happy to assist you.
Can I change my order?
Yes, please contact our friendly sales team and they will be happy to amend or review your order for you.

Is your site payments secure?
Yes, we use the latest encryption technology to secure any information that is passed between you and our site. Our servers are also stored in a secure location and proctected by the latest firewall and software protection systems. For extra security your credit card details are never stored on our systems.

What is 3D-Secure?
3D Secure or (Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard®, Secure Code (MSC),) is the latest defense against online fraud, during the payment process your issuing bank will ask you a security question to authenticate that you are the owner of the card.
This page is different for every bank, and guidelines to this process will be displayed on the 3D-Secure page of your issuing bank.
When will I be charged?
We will only charge your card once your order has been checked and packaged, if items are not available or you changed your mind before this poing we are able to take a partial payment.
If you decide to cancel the order we can return your order to stock without taking any money from your card.

When will my order be delivered?
UK orders are dispatched within 24hours (Monday to Friday).
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been processed and picked by our team, we will email you with the tracking information so that you can follow your parcel.
What if there is a problem with my delivery.
If there is an issue with your package , whether it appears to have been tampered with, an item is missing, or you are concerned about its general condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Worldwide if for any reason you are unable to select your country on our checkout system, then please contact us and we will resolve this quickly for you.
How much do you charge for delivery?
UK orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, orders under the £100 value are charged £3.95 for Standard delivery and £5.00 for Special Delivery.
European delivery starts from £9.99 and Worldwide delivery starts from £15.00.
What is your refund policy?

How do I reutrn an item?
To return an item you must contact us for a RAN (Return Authorisation number) and include this with your return before sending it back to us. Any parcels that do not include the a RAN number can not be guaranteed to be processed or allocated back to your account or payment source.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Please allow a maximum of 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account or a cheque to be received. See our Returns Policy section for full details.
Can I exchange an item?
Upon notifying us of your intention to return items you will be given the option to either exchange or refund.
Can I pickup my order from your store?
Yes we offer a pickup in store option, this can be selected on the delivery section of the checkout process.
What do I need to bring to pickup my order?
To collect your items from the store you are required to bring the order confirmation number found on your order confirmation. Without this number our staff will be unable to release your order, and will hold the items until your able to prove your identity, by supplying us with the correct order confirmation number.
Can I send someone else to pickup my order?
Yes. They will need to bring the order confirmation number and a valid form of identification.
