* Collect In Store orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days.  If not collected, your order will be refunded to your original payment method.

We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders in keeping with your expectations. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (24 hours for next day), however, Please note there may be a delay in dispatching during busier periods such as holidays, sale periods, Black Friday and Christmas.

 

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 2pm (excluding bank holidays) will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note there may be a delay in dispatching during busier periods such as holidays, sale periods, Black Friday and Christmas.

Any orders for NEXT DAY DELIVERY must be placed before 2pm to be processed in time for our courier partners to pick up. Any order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that our range of next day delivery services are not available to the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, EI, FK17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99,TR21-25, ZE

Once parcels are dispatched a unique tracking number will be emailed to you. This tracking number can be used to track your order. 

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement was a welcome development but leaving the EU Single Market and Customs Union has required significant changes to the way parcels are transported cross-border between the UK and the EU. It has been a challenging time for our international operation to process parcels bound for the EU.

Unfortunately, as a result we continue to pause all EU country orders until this issue is resolved with our courier partners.

As a company we pride ourselves on our customer care and do not wish to disappoint those who choose to shop with us. But given the current challenges with deliveries to the EU, we at Designer Childrenswear feel that it would be unfair to process customer orders and not be in a position to fulfil them to our usual high standards. We do hope this situation will improve in future and look forward to being in a position to accept orders from EU customers again soon.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Once your parcel arrives in your country it may be liable to customs duty and tax. It is your responsibility to pay this. Your item may be held at your local customs office until this has been paid. 

 

PARCELS RETURNED TO DESIGNER CHILDRENSWEAR DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a parcel has to be returned to us because:

- the customer has not collected the item

- the customer is not available when the delivery attempt is made

- the wrong delivery address and/or contact details have been entered

 Any extra postage-related costs that Designer Childrenswear incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
