The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement was very welcome but leaving the Single Market and Customs Union still requires significant changes to the way your parcels are taken cross-border. It's been a challenging few days for our international operation to process your data for parcels bound for Europe and the Republic of Ireland.
This has placed extra pressure on our turnaround and transit times. Unfortunately as a result we will be pausing all European orders until this issue is resolved with our couriers.
As a company we would not want to disappoint customers and in addition to this we are seeing delays and congestion at UK ports and more rigid requiements for channel crossings. Designer Childrenswear feel that it would be unfair to process customers orders and not be able to fulfil your order. We do hope this new transition is rectified and look forward to welcoming your orders again in the very near future.
