We want you to know that we are committed to getting your deliveries out to you in keeping with your usual expectations. Deliveries are currently running as normal we will of course update you in the event of this changing via our delivery page.  We are continually working with our various couriers to ensure that we get your parcels out to you in the safest and most efficient way possible.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 2pm BST (excluding bank holidays) will normally be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after 2pm BST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. There may be a delay on dispatching during busier periods such as holidays, sale and Black Friday.

Any orders for NEXT DAY DELIVERY must be ordered before 2pm to be processed in time for our couriers picking up. Anything placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. This service is not available to certain postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, EI, FK17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99,TR21-25, ZE

All parcels are dispatched and a unique tracking number will be emailed to you. This tracking number can be used to track your order from the courier who is shipping your item. If for any reason you do not receive any correspondence please contact our customer service team to confirm your order has been successful. No parcels will be left without proof of delivery.

Parcels returned to Designer Childrenswear If a parcel has to be returned to us, this is because the customer:

  • Has not collected the item.
  • Is not available when delivery attempt is made.
  • The wrong delivery and or contact details have been entered.

Any extra postage related costs that Designer Childrenswear incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
