Content Creator

Due to our online growth we are looking for a full time Studio Product Copywriter to join our fast-paced environment. This job would be ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic and has a passion for fashion. Based in our Sunderland HQ as a studio copywriter you will be required to describe our products to customers using engaging language. This fast paced job requires strong written English and the ideal candidate will have extraordinary attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Attributes:

  • Producing high quality descriptions for Designer Childrenswear products, ensuring all copy is engaging, relevant and informative to our customers.
  • Inputting all product information including care, fabric and sizing details, across our exciting range of children’s clothing, accessories, and associated products
  • Assigning filters and categories to assist our customers’ shopping experience
  • Proofreading and checking your own work as well as the work of others
  • Following brand guidelines
  • Working to tight deadlines to ensure products are online ready
  • Being an active part of the team in achieving targets and deadlines
  • Communicating with people from other internal and external teams and adhering to feedback and changing workflows. 
  • Treating products responsibly and with the utmost care

Key Skills:

  • Good spelling, punctuation and grammar with the ability to write at speed without loss of quality
  • Knowledge of fashion terms, luxury brands and an understanding of child development
  • Good computer skills (training on our bespoke internal systems will be provided)
  • Meticulous attention to detail (writing, inputting and images)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality and focus
  • Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
  • A positive, proactive, and approachable personality
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills

Customer Experience Analyst (Customer Success Team)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new role here at Designer Childrenswear. We are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Analyst as part of our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong empathy towards customers and champion their thoughts throughout the customer journey whilst using logic and common sense to problem-solve. Working on our new data system they will use qualitative and quantitative data, in order to better understand who our customers are and provide them with a better experience.  The role will include using insights to form customer experience maps as well as create and define customer segments and understanding their journey. A key responsibility will be to use email campaigns to segment the customer journey. You will work alongside our E-com and Marketing manager and assist with the implementations of future developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the delivery of emails for key regions.
  • Keeping channel calendars up to date.
  • Help in data gathering and analysing results.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with content and creative teams.
  • Provide detailed briefs for email content.
  • Assist developing automation campaigns.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and insights, and stay ahead of industry best practice.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role or within the Customer Service area..
  • A keen eye for detail, enthusiastic and reliable individual who is a fast learner.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in an eCommerce retail environment or working with B2C/ eCommerce clients.
  • Solid understanding and experienced in Google Analytics and/or any other eCommerce data.
  • A genuine passion for improving customer experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and competent using Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Warehouse Order Picker 

We are looking for a warehouse picker to join our rapidly growing team based in our Sunderland headquarters. The ideal candidate will be reliable and join our friendly team in our extremely busy warehouse. The role requires good attention to detail and also someone who takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will be required to be on their feet for most of the day and work closely with our packing department, the busy store and our customer service team. You will be responsible for accurately picking and fulfilling orders. You will be required to work to tight deadlines to ensure orders are sent out accurately and on time - this will include fulfilling next day shipments.

Working in a busy warehouse environment you will be required to complete general warehouse duties:

  • Planning workload efficiently to ensure daily targets are consistently met
  • Good literacy skills & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Keen attention to detail, highly organised
  • Active, with an ability to stay on feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Locating stock in the warehouse
  • Labelling stock & manual handling
  • Ensuring our products are picked correctly so the parcel reaches the customer in the best condition
  • Communicating effectively with store colleagues to ensure product availability for all customers
  • Work with other colleagues and managers to deliver the company's plan
