Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. This must be in writing, i.e. e-mail, or by post.
You will then be allocated a RAN-Return Authorisation number. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us at your expense, or make them available for collection by courier, again at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Goods returned within 7 days will be given a full refund, goods returned between 7 and 14 days will be offered a credit or exchange, no goods will be accepted outside these periods. This does not effect your statutory rights.
You must e-mail us at Returns@designerchildrenswear.com before returning goods and obtain a RAN-Returns Authorise Number. Please use the returns address label below.
Overseas customers MUST mark the package RETURN, otherwise duty will be charged and you will then be liable for those costs.
The goods must be returned to us in original condition, not worn or washed and with the original packaging. Tags MUST remain attached otherwise only 50% refund will be given. You have a duty of care towards goods purchased which includes those being returned. This means that you must ensure that any goods being returned are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorize a refund. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account or a cheque to be received.
If a parcel has to be returned to us because the customer
1. Has not collected the item.
2. Is not available when delivery is made.
3. Gives wrong delivery and or contact details.
Then any extra postage related costs that we incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
All goods must be returned in Perfect condition with tickets still attached and with any free gifts "unused" or gift boxes , i would advise that send youre item recorded delivery so we are guarenteed to receive it as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in the post .
