Designers now creating special “Mini-Me” collections.
At Designer Childrenswear we are always looking for new ways to keep our mini fashionistas on trend and when it comes to fashion we just can’t get enough. New for Autumn / Winter 2017 we are launching our exclusive Mini-Me kids. The new “Mini-Me” product stamp will appear on selected items on our website where designers create a special miniature collection which share the same characteristics as the men’s and women’s designer collections.
Twinning it style
Mini-Me kids collections are not only loved by us here at Designer Childrenswear but are proven hugely popular with celebrities from across the world. Beyonce has been spotted twinning it with her 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter in matching Gucci. She is not the only one, the trend for micro styling has been embraced by a range of celebrities such as Victoria Beckham and daughter Harper.
This fashion frenzy is not just for girls, Designer Clothes for young boys is our most popular line here at Designer Childrenswear and we believe this strong growth is increased significantly due to increased media coverage and a general love for fashion. Many males are also loving the mini-me collection proving popular with dads being able to purchase mini replica jackets created by designers such as Stone Island and CP Company to match their own. It is already looking like the Autumn and Winter collection is going to be full of miniature inspired designs.
Designers who are creating a Mini-Me style
It is reported that sales of children’s versions of adults clothing is rapidly on the up. Parents are keen for their children to be seen wearing the latest trends. Designer Brands spurring this craze include Gucci, Burberry, Chloe, Paul Smith, Boss, Kenzo and Vivienne Westwood for Melissa and many more.
“We have seen a growing demand for Mini- Me versions of catwalk favourites, some parents take great pleasure in dressing their children in mini versions of their favourite brands. I think its incredible how children’s fashion is considered just as important to designers and I’m ecstatic that this is just the start. We have some fabulous new designer collections for Fall 2017 who also create a Mini-Me range, this will just add to the eclectic mix we already have. ” says Brenda Coade, head fashion buyer for Designer Childrenswear
Watch out on our website for the Mini-Me logo on items which indicates that the product has also available in the adults collection.
